Excellent product
This product is excellent. I have it working with a 64-bit Vista computer, a 32-bit vista computer, and a computer running XP Pro. I am looking forward to the next update that will supposedly all it to work with Time Machine on the Mac. This is the best new Microsoft product I have seen in some time and HP’s hardware is superb with plenty of room for expansion (and you can upgrade the RAM without voiding the warranty). Highly recommended.

Excellent product.
I’ve been using Windows home server software with self-made PC for a year,and looking for a server specialized to WHS.
This product was released when WHS softwere was inroduced, but unfortunately only outside Japan.
I have decided to inport this personally and I strongly feel now it was a right decision. It’s very easy to use and reliable. I am so satisfied with HP EX475. Fantastic product for sure.

New models coming soon
This is an excellent product. However, I’ve been in the boat before when I order something, get it, and then find has just been replaced. HP is coming out with two improved Media Servers in a month or two (Feb?). They are high rated (beta reviews) – improved CPU, 2GB memory, improved software and funtionality, and better fit for Mac users.
