Don’t buy this radio from the Amazon warehouse
Reading through the reviews, it’s pretty obvious that Amazon got a bad lot of these radios. Mine was defective as well – no sound. However, instead of returning it to Amazon for an exchange (and another unit from that bad lot), I’ve sent it back to the manufacturer per the warranty instructions. I’m withholding my opinion until I get the replacement unit, and plan to adjust my rating once I do. (I’m giving it two stars as a placeholder simply because it’s small and cute, and because of my suspicions about the lot quality.) However, in the meantime, I would encourage anyone considering this radio to buy it from one of the “also sold by” dealers along the right side of the page. I’m willing to bet that their stock is just fine.

Looks nice, but build quality lacking
Received this clock radio, opened the box and plugged it in. Radio sounds fine, plugged in my mp3 and it sounded great as well.

1 problem – the volume knob just spins and doesn’t appear to do anything. This is a problem that someone else had as well. The tuning knob felt more solid, but noticed that the station info blinked when I turned it.

Because of the price, I guess I shouldn’t expect excellent quality, but it would seem that they need to work on the defect rate.

Item appeared as it appears in photos, except the light-up display was non-functional, rendering the device worthless. (If you can’t see the time, it’s not a very useful clock…) I returned it.
